Contain Area for Remediation and Water Extraction (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. This will include the plastic on the flooring to allow for no damages on the flooring.)
Vapor Barrier Removal (Complete removal and disposal of the existing vapor barrier covering 1,206 sq. ft. of the crawlspace. The current barrier is compromised by water and microbial contamination.)
Water Extraction (Extraction of standing water from the crawlspace using high-powered water extraction equipment. This will remove the bulk of the water before the drying process begins.)
Installation of Drying Equipment (Placement of commercial-grade drying equipment, including dehumidifiers and air movers, to thoroughly dry the 1,206 sq. ft. crawlspace. Equipment will remain in place for 3-4 days to ensure complete drying of all areas. Includes 2 dehumidifiers and multiple fans.)
Treatment with Anti-microbial Solution in the Crawlspace (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
Vapor Barrier Replacement (Installation of a new vapor barrier across the entire 1,206 sq. ft. crawlspace after the area is fully dried. This barrier will help prevent future moisture buildup.)
Fix Leaky Toilet (The toilet needs a new wax ring, there may be some damages on the bathroom flooring, this number does not include any flooring issues.)
Ducting line is disconnected in crawlspace. (We will connect it back for free)
