PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).

Asbestos Testing (This will determine 100% if it is asbestos within the plaster.)

Contain Area for Remediation in the supply room.  (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place.)

Removal of plaster ceiling to allow for proper patch to take place on the ceiling. (This includes bagging up and hauling away. The materials will be priced for asbestos removal for the time being for a proper bid.)

Prep concrete on the ceiling to be able to skim coat the plaster over it. This will require a mess backing to be inserted into the area.

Plaster and paint ceiling area to look like the rest of the ceiling. (This will require for the ceiling to match)

Removal of drywall under the HVAC vent. (This will also be priced for an asbestos removal to get max pricing for the estimate. So if the test comes back)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution on the wall where the drywall was removed, on the flooring and the cabinet below the HVAC area. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Removal and replacement of the cove base where the growth has occurred. 

Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
