Contain Area for Remediation in both rooms (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place.)
Remove shelving in the closet in the bedroom. (Shelving most likely will not be saved. Includes disposal.)
Pull baseboard to open the walls in the closet and in the T.V. room. (Baseboard should be salvageable.)
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices
Run Air Scrubber (An Air Scrubber is designed to filter the area and eliminate any possible contaminates. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
Removal of Drywall (Drywall is removed at times to expose areas where remediation is to take place.The drywall by the T.V. The underneath area of the T.V. area, the wall in the bedroom closet, the ceiling in the closet. Includes disposal.)
Removal of blow-in insulation in the attic around the area where the water came in. (IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft.)
Treatment with anti-microbial solution where the drywall has been removed, in the attic also on the sub-flooring where the carpet was pulled back (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
Install new drywall over areas that were removed. (This requires us to hang, tape, texture and paint the drywall to match the current texture in the home.)
Reinstall baseboard that was saved (This requires the baseboard to be attached, caulked and painted the correct color.)
Install new shelving in the closet that is professional. (Requires install, caulking and painting.)
Install the batt insulation that was removed in the attic.
