Contain Area for Remediation and add Floor covering.
(Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)
PPE
(Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Run air scrubber
(An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
Remediation
Class 1 ( Area to be treated is approximately 8×8)
Treatment with an anti-microbial solution. ( The solution eliminates and prevents future growth.) All treatments are warrantied for 3 years.
Exclusions: Boise Mold Removal will not provide warranty under the stipulation that the Client has not solved the underlying issue that originated the need for remediation.)

Thank you for choosing Boise Mold Removal. All remediation work is warrantied for 3 years if the client fixes the underlying issues that caused the growth in the first place and no further moisture damage occurs.
We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
