Install new siding, trim, gutter, and flashing to waterproof on framed wall this includes new paint
Install new Sheetrock in storage area (this does not include new paint) (previous look had no paint)
Seal concrete with proper sealant above storage area
Scrape and paint metal in storage area to apply new paint on metal beams
Reinstall light fixtures in storage area (this does not include new lights if previous lights are not salvageable)
Additional OSB and insulation cost and labor to install (Lynn and I didn’t originally know there would be these items in the wall. We will also tyvek wrap the wall to reassure that it is properly built.)
