French Drain System – 15 Linear Feet
Scope of Work:
Excavate approximately 15 linear feet along affected crawlspace perimeter
Install perforated drain pipe with proper slope
Install drain rock bedding and cover pipe with washed rock
Tie into appropriate drainage point or basin (as conditions allow)
Backfill and restore disturbed areas
Crawlspace Containment (Localized Area)
Scope of Work:
Set up containment barriers to isolate affected crawlspace section
Install negative air control as needed
Protect unaffected areas during remediation
Crawlspace Insulation Removal
Remove and dispose of compromised insulation around crawlspace perimeter
Bag, seal, and dispose of contaminated materials per industry standards
Prepare exposed surfaces for remediation
Mold / Microbial Growth Remediation
Scope of Work:
HEPA vacuuming of exposed framing and surfaces
Application of antimicrobial treatment to affected area
Physical agitation and detailed cleaning as required
Post-treatment wipe down
New Crawlspace Vapor Barrier Installation
Scope of Work:
Supply and install 6-mil polyethylene vapor barrier
Coverage across approximately 700 sq ft
Overlap and seal seams
Extend barrier up foundation walls where accessible
Secure barrier around piers and penetrations

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
