Pull and reinstall the toilet to pull the floor that is moist (We used a moisture meter to identify that the leaking supply line for the toilet was dripping on the floor)
Pull underlayment in the bathroom with the vinyl to expose the subflooring to properly be cleaned up (These areas normally have growth under the underlayment from the water)
Treat the subfloor for mold-like substance (We will treat the subfloor with an anti-microbial agent that will eliminate all mold-like substance. This will guarantee that the bathroom is mold free.)
Reinstall the underlayment and the vinyl, the vinyl will be the same color as the other units. Boise Mold Removal got the color from Davin.
