Remove and replace vanity with new vanity.
Move shower plumbing to toilet area and toilet plumbing to shower area. This will be the drain lines and adding a hot water line to the new shower area. Demo will have to be done in the garage. This will include drywall removal and fixing it.
Put tile backsplash up on vanity.
Do tile flooring
Build shower in previous toilet area with proper waterproofing.
Remove and install new toilet
