Contain little room where the crawlspace access is, in the utility room and in the guest bedroom where the attic access. We will cover floors and create pathways to go out of the home in a clean fashion. (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place.)

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).

Run air scrubbers out of the containments that are setup in the areas that were mentioned. This job will require 3 units for approximately 2days to reassure that the home stays clean through remediation. All units will vent the containment out the window to reassure that contaminates are eliminated. There will be 3 guys on this project that will need PPE for the duration of the job. (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)

Removing and reinstalling items on the rotted floor in the utility room (Such as the pump and various lines that prohibit proper cleaning of the utility room. These items will need to come out to reassure that the subflooring is replaced. Also these items will need to be removed to remove and replace the drywall that has growth on it. 

Remove and replace drywall in the utility room around were the water loss was. (This includes drywall, taping, texture and paint to match the other walls.)

Removal and replacement of water damaged baseboard in the utility room. (This has growth behind it and possibly in it being a MDF composite board that is a porous material.)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution on the flooring and walls to completely eliminate any growth before reinstalling the materials back. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Removing and reinstalling new sub-flooring that is currently rotted from water loss. This will require some framing under the subfloor for structural integrity to remain.  

Removal of blow-in insulation in the attic. Because it is a stacked unit the blow-in insulation removal is half of 1381sqft. (IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution in the ATTIC. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Install new batt insulation, CLIENT WAS NOTIFIED THAT THERE WAS PREVIOUS INSULATION REMOVED AND WAS NEVER PLACED BACK IN. (Insulation R-value will be determined by the standard that Idaho has set for various areas of the home and the region of the state signified through the IDAHO ENERGY CONSERVATION CODES. This is done on a square footage calculation.)

Install attic fan (Fans are used to ventilate an area to keep them dry from humidity.)
