Remove and replace the drywall in the livingroom to the right of the fireplace and on the ceiling also on the wall in the bedroom to the left of the fireplace as you walk in through the front door (The drywall will need to be removed in order to view the water damage that seems to be coming from the roof. The dry will be replaced, textured, and painted. THERE MAY BE ASBESTOS IN THE DRYWALL, the cost may vary if the test is positive, this number includes the test. This bid includes approximately 350sqft of drywall. This includes the deposal of the old drywall as well)
