PRE and POST Testing given to a certified lab from the materials in the attic and crawlspaces to reassure the client has a clean bill of health. (This requires us to pull samples before and after the work is completed).

Front Yard Excavation, Drainage, and Restoration

Perform excavation and site work in the front yard to address drainage and subsurface installation requirements. Scope includes the following:

Excavate existing flower bed area, including removal of soil and multiple existing bushes and vegetation as required to access work area

Utilize excavator for controlled digging due to depth, soil conditions, and proximity to hardscape

Expose and work around existing sprinkler system, with acknowledgment that sprinkler heads and lines may be disturbed or damaged during excavation

Repair, replace, or reset sprinkler heads and affected lines as necessary to restore system functionality

Install drainage components including:

Wrapped pipe (fabric-wrapped for soil separation)

Drain rock designed to allow proper water flow

Collection basin installed at the front yard for surface and subsurface water management

Seal affected concrete areas adjacent to excavation to prevent water intrusion and protect existing hardscape

Backfill excavated areas, compact as required, and restore grade to promote positive drainage away from structures

Repair and restore lawn areas impacted by excavation, including:

Soil preparation

Regrading

Grass repair or replacement to blend with existing yard. 

All work to be performed using industry-standard practices for excavation, drainage, and site restoration. Final site to be left clean, functional, and visually consistent with surrounding landscape.

Run air scrubber in areas of remediation(An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)

Removal of batt insulation and debris on smaller crawlspace area. (This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)

High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) vacuum cleaning in basement, crawlspaces and garage to remove loose mold spores and particulate matter from affected surfaces after containment and/or demolition. Includes use of certified HEPA equipment and proper disposal of collected materials.

Treatment with anti-microbial solution in basement, crawlspaces and garage(Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
