Removal and reinstall of toilet
Removal of bathtub that was leaking (The bathtub will need the drywall cut out around it to be able to pull and dispose of the tub that is currently cracked)
Removal of the flooring in the bathroom that has a vinyl on it (This area is swollen and has water in the)
Treatment With Anti-microbial Solution on the subfloor, wall that had drywall removed and in the crawlspace under the bathtub that had leaked. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place. This is a square footage calculation.)
Drywall areas that had been cut out behind the toilet. Also fix hole in other bathroom that was exploratory. (This includes drywall, taping, texturing, and client said they’d paint)
Install tongue and groove flooring in the bathroom where the vinyl is located in the bathroom.
Install tile shower with pan with customer preference tile. (This will require a door and new shower fixtures. This is with the client buying the shower door as well. Includes water proofing, tile, grout and new shower hardware.)
