Contain area for remediation (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis. This also allows for tarps and carpet plastic to reassure that the house stays clean.)
Treatment with anti-microbial solution in crawlspace (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place. This is a per square foot estimate. Also the dirt has some growth and efflorescence on it that will need to be cleaned.)
Install new vapor barrier or fix current vapor barrier for the moisture not to enter the crawlspace. (Install new vapor barrier in the crawlspace where it needs to be and fix other areas. The vapor is to cover all the dirt to reassure that moisture is kept down. The vapor barrier will be done with a 6mil plastic, which is the industry standard.)

Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed to filter the area and eliminate any possible contaminates. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
Treatment with Benefect Decon 30 throughout the whole crawlspace (Client will provide the solution. We will have to wait until the treat with our solution is dry and dry out the crawlspace with fans.)
