Removal and disposal of landing flooring by the door.
Install new LVP flooring in dining room and landing area, client will purchase flooring. There may be some extra costs involved if the floor needs plywood to level out the kitchen and dining area. This will have to be evaluated up removal of carpet.

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
