Removal all blown-in insulation from attic area directly above the kitchen. (Requires insulation vacuum, removing insulation and taking to the dump. National standards state that if there is growth over 10sqft. then insulation must be removed).
Remediate mold-like in the attic above the kitchen area. (Areas in attic will be remedied with a sodium-based, anti-microbial solution. There may be HEPA vacuuming of the area required to reassure that no contamination is kicked around).
