Removal of rear house gable above covered patio.

-Adding of soffit on side of the house to match existing roof line.

-Removal of old beam above above patio and install of new structural beam that is proper length.

-Demo of existing deck and new build of free floating deck off home. This will have all structure that is proper and will have stain finish. We’ll be anchored to sonotube. Siding will be repaired when old deck was screwed to home. All finish wood is redwood and cedar.
