Removal of batt insulation. (IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)

Removing and treating mold in crawlspace. We use a high presser treatment to clean up the mold growth and staining.
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices
Run Air Scrubber (An Air Scrubber is designed to filter the area and eliminate any possible contaminates. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
Removal of Vapor Barrier in the Crawlspace (Vapor barrier is removed is there is water intrusion or contamination from possible microbial growth. The industry standard requires that all vapor barrier be removed when possible microbial growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)
Install New Vapor Barrier (Install new vapor barrier in the crawlspace. The vapor is to cover all the dirt to reassure that moisture is kept down. The vapor barrier will be done with a 6mil plastic, which is the industry standard. The cost is done on square footage.)
Add 4 pieces of drying equipment (An air mover is designed to dry out areas where moisture has occurred. The equipment will run the duration of the job until the moisture content has hit the IICRC’s standards for an acceptable level. This is a bigger unit and is charged on a per day basis)
Add 2 dehumidifier to pull all moisture out of the air and out of building supplies.
Sump pump system in the crawlspace(Recommendation on gutters to eliminate the water entering the crawlspace as extensive) The sump pumps will have to be dug out in the crawlspace, there will be trenches with river rock that will revert the water to the pumps that will then be tied into a pvc plumbing line that will allow the water in the crawlspace to exit through a spray head that is placed outside the home. This system will allow any water in the crawlspace to be kicked out with the sump pumps being placed in a basin that will fill with water and then the float valve on the pumps will kick the water out. There will be two pumps placed in the crawl.
