Grade the exterior of the bedroom 1 and 2 (There is approx. a 20ft. long section of both the bedrooms that slopes to the those bedrooms. This slope with water run off could cause more issues that would allow water to come into the unit. At the time of inspection a moisture meter identified that there was some moisture present. Boise Mold Removal would bring in fill dirt and compact these areas so these areas wont be loose and water go through the dirt.)
