PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
HEPA vacuuming areas to get fuzzy growth off lumber without kicking it up. (This is a pre and post process. HEPA vacuuming is a process of pulling all contaminates off a surface area. This process eliminates mold particles from a surface area with specific vacuums without contaminating the air quality of a livable space. HEPA vacuuming is normally done before and after to reassure no particles are in the space that was contaminated).
Treatment with anti-microbial solution in the crawlspace. There is Heavy growth on the I-beams. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
