Drywall all walls and ceiling includes tape, mudding add texture. Includes corner beads, mud, texture and labor
Tile the floor with a tile that is a mid-grade at a maximum rate of $5/foot. Number includes poly grout as well. We will need to install thicker backerboard installed on entire flooring. Water proofing. (Extra costs for tile will be added if over $5)

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
