Containment Setup – Bathroom Area
Install two-door containment system, including:
One standard sealed plastic door
One zipper door entry
Install plastic walkway protection from work area to designated exit
Seal all adjacent openings to prevent cross-contamination
Maintain containment for duration of remediation work
Bathroom Remediation (Post-Demo)
HEPA vacuum all exposed framing, subfloor, and surfaces within the bathroom
Apply professional-grade antimicrobial treatment to all exposed and affected areas
Detail clean to remove residual dust, spores, and fine debris
Final wipe-down and visual inspection upon completion
Crawlspace Remediation – Below Bathroom
Access crawlspace directly beneath the bathroom
HEPA vacuum affected areas
Apply antimicrobial treatment to exposed surfaces impacted by bathroom conditions
Crawlspace Cleanup & Vapor Barrier Installation
Remove loose debris from approximately 48’ x 30’ crawlspace
Level approximately one-third (1/3) of the dirt floor as needed for proper vapor barrier placement
Install new vapor barrier over leveled section
Secure and overlap vapor barrier per industry standards
Crawlspace Dirt Leveling
Hand-level approximately one-third of the crawlspace to prepare for vapor barrier installation.

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
