Add drying equipment (An air mover is designed to dry out areas where moisture has occurred. The equipment will run the duration of the job until the moisture content has hit the IICRC’s standards for an acceptable level. This is a bigger unit and is charged on a per day basis) @ 3 AIR MOVERS
Crawlspace muddy areas need dried and cleaned up
Remove the insulation on the the master bedroom side of the home in the crawlspace along the foundation and install new insulation after work is performed.
Remove and replace the vapor barrier that got wet already
Expose and repair flooding area on the exterior of the home where the water is.
Pull and replace sod and dirt from the foundation to allow for a drain to be placed on the side of the wet area.
Create a drain next to the side of the home in order to revert the water away from the house. The drain will have a bubbler on the end for all the water to feed away from the foundation.
