1.Carefully move furniture, appliances, and other contents to access all surfaces.

2. Cover items that cannot be moved with heavy‑duty 6‑mil plastic to prevent contamination.

4. Special Attention to Heavily Furnished Areas

5.Address areas with a high volume of belongings, ensuring all accessible surfaces are treated.

6.Remove and dispose of protective coverings after cleaning is complete.

Whole‑Home Antimicrobial Wipe‑Down

We will wipe down every room in the home using a professional‑grade, EPA‑registered antimicrobial solution that both eliminates existing microbial growth and creates a protective barrier to help prevent future growth.

This treatment is especially important if any ducting or ventilation fans are not covered, as airborne particles can circulate throughout the home. By treating all surfaces — including walls, ceilings, trim, and exposed items —we ensure your living space is sanitized and protected against the return of mold or bacteria.
