Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
New shower valve (Install new shower valves on shower for proper usage. This requires us to remove the old valve as well.)
Install waterproofing around the shower for warrantied shower. (This requires the drain to be set as well. There will be a waterproof membrane that will be sealed to be watertight.)
Install mid-grade tile with poly grout which is a little bit more because of the material and the skill involved.
