Flood cut downstairs walls 2 ft. up to explore where the growth is (Requires removing trim, cabinets and items in room. We will dispose of all debris)
Pull and remove the carpet and tack strip in the room where the water is entering (There is growth on both the carpet and tack strip. Includes debris disposal)
Remediate area that is exposed per the 2ft. cut out. (Price may vary if 2ft. cutout is different)
Replace drywall with the 2ft. minimal cost. (Includes drywall, tape and texture and paint)
Replace the carpet in the room that the remediation was done (If the client wants something different than like carpet we will discuss it. Includes tack strip)
Install the cabinets and trim back in (Include painting of the trim)
