Pre-clean inspection & containment setup-

Perform initial moisture/microbial assessment using non-invasive meters and visual inspection. Install 6-mil poly containment barriers with zipper-entry to isolate affected zones and prevent cross-contamination. Protect non-affected flooring and pathways. Establish negative air pressure with HEPA filtration per IICRC S520 protocol to maintain controlled work environment.

HEPA Vacuum & Surface Sanitization (Walls, Ceilings, Floors)- 

HEPA vacuum all accessible wall, ceiling, and floor surfaces to remove loose particulate and microbial debris, followed by wet wiping with EPA-registered antimicrobial/disinfectant solution. Procedure will be performed per IICRC S520 recommendations to reduce spore load and ensure clean substrate prior to fogging or post-treatment verification.

Floor Cleaning & Disinfectant Application-

Vacuum and/or sweep flooring surfaces as needed, then apply EPA-registered antimicrobial/disinfectant solution using wet mop or extraction method (based on floor type). Agitated and dwell-timed per manufacturer specifications to neutralize microbial residue and surface contaminants. Final wipe/extraction to ensure clean and sanitized flooring throughout treated areas.

Air Duct Cleaning & Antimicrobial Fogging-

Remove registers and mechanically agitate interior duct surfaces using rotary brush or air whip system, followed by HEPA vacuum extraction of collected dust and debris. Once ducts are cleared, apply EPA-registered antimicrobial fog/mist throughout supply and return lines to neutralize residual microbial contamination and improve indoor air quality. HVAC blower will be cycled to distribute treatment through entire system.

Whole-Home Antimicrobial ULV Fogging-

Apply EPA-registered antimicrobial via ULV (Ultra-Low Volume) cold fogger throughout entire interior structure, ensuring full airspace and surface coverage. Atomize product into micron-sized particles to penetrate porous materials and inaccessible areas. HVAC cycled as needed to distribute fog through vents. Treatment dwell-timed per manufacturer specifications to neutralize airborne and settled microbial contaminants.

HEPA Air Scrubbers (Installed During Process)-

Deploy HEPA-filtered air filtration devices within treatment zones to maintain continuous air exchange and capture airborne particulate, spores, and aerosolized contaminants released during cleaning. 

Labor, PPE & Disposal-

Includes skilled labor for all cleaning and sanitization tasks, along with required PPE (respirators, gloves, suits, eye protection) in accordance with IICRC S520 / OSHA safety protocols. Covers setup, execution, and teardown of containment and equipment. Also includes bagging, sealing, and lawful disposal of contaminated debris, filters, and consumables generated during the remediation process.

Project Description – 1,312 sq. ft. Interior Painting

This proposal includes full preparation and masking of the home, followed by painting all walls, ceilings, and baseboards. Work consists of one coat on ceilings and two coats on walls and trim using premium interior paints. Minor prep (patching, caulking, sanding) is included, along with all labor, masking materials, and cleanup. The project will take approximately 5–7 working days with a two-person crew.
