PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
Setup containment so no contaminants will escape will demo and remediation happens.
Removal of a 2′ x 4′ section of drywall to reassure all growth has been addressed.
Treatment with anti-microbial solution on the exposed subfloor and area where drywall was removed. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
Reinstall drywall where drywall was removed. (drywall, tape, mud, texture and paint).

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
