Removal and replace drywall in the basement on the exterior wall where the leak has happen. Also removal and replacement of the drywall around the window to clean the growth behind the drywall (Includes customer selection of paint, drywall and texture)
Remove flooring in the guest bedroom (Removal includes disposal of)
Remove trim on the wall that had the leak (Includes disposal of the trim that got wet. There was additional trim removed around the entry way where the shelving was. This trim will need to be replaced due to it being rotted)
There was some insulation behind the walls that had to be removed to adequately clean the growth in the basement. (This cost covers the removal and install of about roughly a bag of insulation)
Remediate the growth on the 2×4’s and treat all exposed areas to reassure all growth is cleaned. (Most the growth was on the drywall, there was also so growth on the 2×4’s that needed cleaned)
