Dry out areas and Remediation of the areas where growth has happen. (Didn’t originally have the ceiling clean (ADDS ADDITION $150)
Rebuild of shower tile flooring and reinstall of toilet and baseboard to match other baseboards. And fixing drywall with a new coat of paint to match other walls. (Tile will be a mid-grade tile).
Tear out tile around tub and reinstall new tile. (Priced for a middle of the line tile. Includes waterproofing).
Install new black shower swing door. Price is $500/door, if cost is less or more it will be adjusted. There is a $150 install charge to install and silicone through the new tile.
Fix trim around the door way with new painted trim that matches, also the baseboard will be replaced in the whole bathroom.

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
