PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
Setup containment so no contaminants will escape will demo and remediation happens.
Removal of a 2′ x 4′ section of drywall to reassure all growth has been addressed. (Additional Drywall of 4’ x 8’ will be removed.) (Additional there was a section in the back bedroom that had to have the drywall removed and replaced)
Treatment with anti-microbial solution on the exposed subfloor and area where drywall was removed. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.) (Additional Treatment of floor and walls will need to take place).
Reinstall drywall where drywall was removed. (drywall, tape, mud, texture and paint). (Additional drywall will be removed and replaced)(Additional Cost, there was a purchase of paint for the walls and trim that we thought the client had.
Add drying equipment (An air mover is designed to dry out areas where moisture has occurred. The equipment will run the duration of the job until the moisture content has hit the IICRC’s standards for an acceptable level. This is a bigger unit and is charged on a per day basis) (The walls is still wet in areas)
Removal flooring from original bid and additional flooring that has growth under it in the hallway. (Additional removal in the back bedroom)
There was trim that was moldy that we replaced it, cut new stuff for the back wall in the bedroom, painted and installed it.
Install dry pipe in wall. Client didn’t do.

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
