Dehumidifier added in the crawlspace. This unit will be rated for 2500sqft. This unit will also be blocked up and the condensation line will tie into another condensation line area to evaporate all moisture out of the crawlspace. There’s an option for the unit to have a 3 or 4yr warranty with extra cost that isn’t currently included. (-425 electrical and slight discount for client of -250)
Fix 3 vents around the home that the screens are messed up on.

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
