Contain Area for Remediation (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)
Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Treatment with anti-microbial solution on the flooring where shower, closet and drywall have been removed. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
Removal of shower/ underlayment in bathroom/ toilet to allow for proper mold remediation.
Install new fiberglass shower surround and pan. Includes the drywall work and paint in the bathroom to get the bathroom in a finished state.
Install shower glass and door for shower. Plus install and siliconing joints. There will be extra framing that will need to be added as well to support the glass.
Reinstall toilet
Reinstall underlayment where it was removed.
Remove and reinstall drywall and baseboard in closet.
Install flooring in the the entire bathroom
Removal and replacement of subflooring by the vanity because there is growth on the flooring that we can not get to without removing the subflooring.

Thank you for choosing Boise Mold Removal. All remediation work is warrantied for 3 years if the client fixes the underlying issues that caused the growth in the first place and no further moisture damage occurs.
We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
